Title: Sniff Them Out, Brownlow!
Sophie Gorrage, along with her trained sniffer dog Brownlow, works as a pet detective. On a typical day, they track down lost animals and reunite them with their grateful owners. However, when the Cocker Spaniels belonging to reality TV star Rouki Bennett are snatched from a Sussex common, Sophie is eager to take on the high-profile case. Unfortunately, Rouki is skeptical about hiring pet detectives and doubts they will be able to recover her beloved dogs. Before making a decision, Sophie and Brownlow are approached by chart-topping rapper Medalsum, whose dog Tasha was taken during a violent carjacking in East London. He wants them to investigate.
In a short period of time, two more dogs in the public eye are stolen, leading Sophie to suspect that the cases are related. It seems she and Brownlow are dealing with a serial dognapper. The pet detective duo has dealt with dog thieves in the past, but those criminals were after fashionable breeds to sell for quick profits, rather than targeting the dogs of celebrities. So why are these dogs being snatched?
Sophie will need all of her deductive skills, and Brownlow will need to rely on his first-class nose as they attempt to discover who is stealing the dogs, where they are taking them, and why. Just as they start to get close to their target, the stakes are raised dramatically, putting the lives of both humans and dogs in peril.
